National Scope

You office in Texas and have offices all over the USA and you need someone that can assist with problems, claims, or local information on a national scope. Can a local independent handle these problems? The truth is that 95% of the issues and decisions on your account are dealt with right here in our area or in the home office of the insurance company.

From time to time there will be "local" information needs or help on a claim. When you need help "now", we can respond. MHBT is affiliated with Intersure, an international consortium of the best entrepreneurial and technical minds in the insurance industry. Intersure is founded on the principles of a free exchange of ideas and mutual cooperation based on the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality and trust. The partners are action-oriented and willing to exchange information to improve client service. There are currently in excess of 40 partners representing the major metropolitan areas of the United States. They work together with us to be sure that all resources are available to you at any time.

In addition to Intersure, MHBT has taken a very active role in "national producer councils" of various insurance companies. We have a list of over 600 large agencies scattered all over the USA that are "friends." They are located in every major city. MHBT is also a member of the Council of Agents and Brokers. These agencies number 257, and they are also available to help out in an emergency. There is not a city in the USA where you could have a problem or a claim that we could not offer quick response.

International

Globe As you manage your business in the global community, so should you be able to manage your risk management program. The agent of your choice should administer your global risk management program seamlessly both domestically and worldwide. Our goal is to provide you with the same team of professionals whether your opportunities are in the domestic United States, Japan, London, or Romania.

In addition to the member/offices in 29 countries around the world of our Intersure partners, MHBT has access to people in over 18 countries through a close affiliate, Charles Taylor & Co. - London. Also because of a strategic partnership with Globex, one of the three largest producers of international business in the world, we are able to help you operate more effectively and efficiently worldwide. We are able to access over 180 Globex agents and brokers in over 100 countries outside the United States to obtain and maintain a program that meets with your specific goals and objectives.

Very often, the broker managing the program mandates contacts and services. Local broker flexibility is the cornerstone of our approach to service. Our network is always available, however, if you have a current relationship with a broker that is key to your program, we are able to incorporate them into the network.

Our services include everything from local risk assessments to selection of local markets and brokers to providing an international service manual to you and your global subsidiaries. Our goal is to become the international extension of your risk management department.
