Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) Best Practices Agency 2007 - 2010

This impressive selection enables MHBT to maintain its status as a member of an elite group of independent insurance agencies in the nation that have been chosen to participate in IIABA’s Best Practices study group.

Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” survey, handled by Kansas-based Quantum Market Research (QMR), an independent human resources company, questioned employees of participating companies about specific workplace issues. The top-scoring companies in three categories made up the list of “Best Places to Work” in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Our Austin office is honored to be named as a member of the "Best Places to Work" in Austin for five years in a row.  Competing companies are surveyed by an independent human resources firm and each is evaluated based upon employee comments and scores.
