Each MHBT employee benefit specialist is knowledgeable about the most up-to-date market solutions for you. We also can help you with compliance issues on state and federal employer mandates.

Health Claim Data Analysis – Through a proprietary software system, Decision Master® Warehouse, MHBT is able to analyze your claim data independently of insurance companies. With this data, we are able to measure, and therefore better manage your group's health claims and costs.

Claims Evaluation – In addition to Decision Master® Warehouse, the staff at MHBT possesses the expertise to offer an independent evaluation of claims data and make recommendations for your benefit.

Vendor Analysis - MHBT is an independent broker/consultant and has no allegiance to any vendor. The benefits department performs both quarterly and annual evaluations of all our customers' vendors to ensure that they are providing the level of service our clients need. If a vendor is performing at a sub-standard level, MHBT will search, evaluate and make a recommendation on a replacement vendor who better suits you.
