Whether you are calling about risk management/insurance, bonding or other items, our initial meeting will take place over the phone. In that phone call, we have one agenda … yours. We will talk about your needs and the issues that you would like to address.

During this conversation, we’ll get to know each other and you will be able to ask us questions about how we work and anything else on your mind. After our discussion, if we think we can help you, we’ll tell you how. If we can't help you, we'll tell you why.

If You Would Like To Proceed, Here’s What Is Next . . .

The information we’ll need is a little different for each area, but the basic process will be similar. Our first step is to meet with you in your office and determine your needs in more detail. If we agree there’s a good match between your needs and what we can bring to you, we will then gather some detailed information. That information can be gathered at that time or at a later meeting.

The second step is to review the information we have gathered, give you an assessment, go over the proposed plan of action with a timeline, and with your approval, we'll start the process. We prefer that meeting be in our office so you can meet all the different people on the various teams who will be working with you.

The third step is to present you with the results of executing the plan of action and the solutions for resolving your needs and issues. With your approval, we will then implement your solution package. Our best results occur when we work as a partner with you in bringing success to your company.
