Limited Partnership Liability

As a general partner or manager, you have a responsibility to your limited partners. This policy provides financial protection for claims against the limited partnership or general partners alleging wrongful acts in conducting the affairs of the partnership. Third party claimants may include limited partners, vendors, customers, creditors, competitors, and regulatory bodies. Your general liability policy does not cover this exposure.
